Ian Malouf is a self-made British-Australian entrepreneur and founder of Dial A Dump — a business he launched with a single truck in 1983 and sold in 2018 for over AUD 578 million. Following his success in waste management, Ian founded Ahoy Club, a leading digital yacht charter platform, and acquired two of the world’s most iconic superyachts — Mischief and Coral Ocean. Both vessels underwent extensive, award-nominated refits that were completed entirely in-house by the Malouf family group — a rare feat in the global yachting industry, which typically relies on large shipyards. These refits have been recognised by the World Superyacht Awards and serve as a testament to the group’s innovation in design, technology and complex marine engineering.

Peter Wilding has had an extraordinary international career in real estate and development. A former executive at Multiplex, Lend Lease, and Australand, he currently serves as CEO of Singapore’s Royal Group — a private property company owned by the Hiranandani family, one of Asia’s most influential dynasties. Peter has overseen major luxury hotel and mixed-use developments throughout Asia-Pacific, including the Raffles Sentosa redevelopment.
